Job description:
Senior Jamf Technology Consultant. As a Senior Architect, you will design and oversee
the architecture of the Retail MDM platform, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with
enterprise systems. You will collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions for retail device management.
Required Qualifications:
· Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Frisco, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider
three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
· At least 10 years of Information Technology experience.
· Profound understanding of Jamf projects with focus on Retail processes
· Work closely with the customer and project team to define business requirements.
· Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities
· Jamf 400 certification.
· Extensive experience in MDM architecture and Apple ecosystem management.
· Strong knowledge of Jamf platform, ABM, and related tools.
· Expertise in Snowflake, Power BI, and enterprise integrations.
· Proven track record in designing scalable and secure architectures.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Define and maintain the architecture for Retail MDM and ABM infrastructure.
· Design integrations with Snowflake, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.
· Establish best practices for VPN, Wi-Fi SSID, firewall configurations, and certificate management.
· Architect solutions for native and web application deployments, managed app configurations,
and lifecycle management.
· Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions and improve operational efficiency.
· Provide architectural guidance for quarterly iOS/MacOS updates, MDM upgrades, and security patches.
· Collaborate with JAMF engineering and Retail Application teams to implement new features and workflows.
· Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and security standards.
· Lead RCA reviews and propose systematic prevention strategies.
· Support major releases and enterprise-level activities with on-bridge participation.
