Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Dallas, Texas.
Work You'll Do Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing Oracle products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for Oracle implementation, which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations, and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, Oracle Unified Method (OUM), and Agile methodology to gather and configure Oracle system requirements into functional design;
Driving the design, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle modules including Accounts Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Account Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Expenses, and Procurement to develop technical objects, including module and reports;
Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate GL, AP, and Cash Management with 3rd party systems;
Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing Oracle Sandbox, Microsoft (MS) Office Suite and using Agile methodology;
Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form (RICEF) objects;
Defining systems strategy and supporting procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients, utilizing Jira and Agile methodology;
Building and developing software integration production using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and developing financial statements and reports using Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio (HFR) and Oracle Smart View for Office; and
Driving the design of GL, AP, FA, Cash Management, and Procurement modules for integration and to work with offshore development teams to develop solutions.
