We need SAP EWM Architect/Business Enablement Lead
SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Architect isa hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, configuring, anddelivering scalable, high-performance warehouse management solutions within SAPEWM. This role focuses on direct solution design and delivery working with theproject teams.
The individual will also help drive businessenablement, solution strategy, architecture governance, and continuousimprovement initiatives while ensuring SAP solutions align with operationalobjectives and long-term business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of SAP experience with at least 10+ years focused on SAP EWM.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead EWM Consultant.
- Deep expertise in warehouse and distribution processes including inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, put away, replenishment, labor management, and warehouse automation.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and integrated supply chain solutions is a must
- Experience leading business workshops with business teams, architecture reviews, and executive stakeholder engagements.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- SAP EWM Certification
- Knowledge of warehouse automation, robotics, WCS/WES integration, SAP TM integration aspects
- Experience working in an SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) environment
- Experience in large-scale distribution, healthcare, or logistics environments
