The developer will lead major technical initiatives, improve integration pipelines, modernize workflows, and build internal technical capacity through structured training and documentation.

Professional experience in enterprise application development    Required    11 Years
Dedicated Salesforce experience    Required    7 Years
Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and advanced configuration.    Required    5 Years
Senior-level experience supporting large, complex Salesforce environments with strict SLAs and high security requirements    Required    5 Years
Strong technical background in API design, integration patterns, middleware, and enterprise data exchange.    Required    5 Years
Knowledge of security hardening, identity governance, encryption strategies, and auditability in compliance-driven environments.    Required    3 Years
Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, environment promotion, and DevOps practices.    Required    3 Years
Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical design documents, process flows, and well structured operational documentation.    Required    3 Years
Strong proficiency with Salesforce license models and platform optimization strategies.    Required    3 Years
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to train and mentor technical staff.    Required    
Advanced Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, Identity & Access Management).    Highly desired
