Role: Development team lead for Operations & Enhancements
Strong Cúram development expertise across MAGI and Non-MAGI programs, with a solid understanding of eligibility and enrollment solutions.
Lead the development team’s day-to-day technical activities, including solution design, technical and code reviews, defect triage, production releases, incident resolution, and bug fixes.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team while serving as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and the State team.
Lead fit-gap and impact analyses for enhancements and Cúram upgrades, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with Cúram standards.
Ensure development quality through code reviews, JUnit/SAST monitoring, data-fix reviews, and adherence to coding and release standards.
Provide technical LOEs, support planning and scheduling, track delivery progress, and proactively communicate risks or dependencies.
Participate in and provide technical leadership during JAD sessions, helping translate requirements into technical designs and implementation approaches.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Cúram technologies, including Citizen Engagement (CE), Cúram upgrades, MAGI and Non-MAGI solutions, IEG, Evidence, CER, Notices, Batch Framework, SQL, web services, REST APIs, React, Maven, and Spring.
