Position Summary

We are seeking a Consumer Insights Analyst to provide high-quality analysis of sales, marketing, merchandising, and promotional initiatives. This role will support business stakeholders through data-driven insights, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations.

The Analyst will receive training, coaching, and ongoing support to become proficient in customer and market analytics tools. The role will support various stakeholder groups and ad hoc projects, driving adoption of analytical resources, improving decision-making, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement, retention, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide analytical support and best practices to assigned stakeholders using reporting, assortment, pricing, promotion, and customer insight tools.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support business objectives and strategic decision-making.
Develop and present case studies demonstrating impactful customer, category, and market insights.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, identify opportunities, and support customer-centric sales and marketing strategies.
Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing user support for analytics tools and reporting resources.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and deliver presentations to support business initiatives and complex analytical requests.
Define and track key performance metrics related to program effectiveness, user adoption, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
Gather stakeholder feedback and conduct evaluations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support business goals and drive successful outcomes.
Continuously monitor market, consumer, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, operational improvements, and enhanced stakeholder value.

Participate in regular stakeholder meetings and team collaboration sessions.
Deliver high-quality analyses, insights, and recommendations that address business needs and objectives.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Years of Experience

2-3 years of experience in retail, consumer goods, market research, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

Experience analyzing business, customer, market, or sales data.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with syndicated, market research, or consumer panel data.
Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence platforms.
Experience presenting insights to stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
Knowledge of category management, merchandising, pricing, promotion, or customer analytics.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Market Research, or a related field.
