Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Vistex V4 / Vistex IP, SAP SD/OTC, and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Vistex solutions, particularly around customer rebates, vendor incentives, chargebacks, billbacks, claims, accruals, and settlements.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and external partners to support business-critical Vistex processes and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Vistex solutions.
Work extensively with Vistex V4 / Vistex IP Composite functionality.
Configure and support Customer Rebates, Vendor Incentives, Chargebacks, Billbacks, and Claims.
Manage agreements, contracts, accruals, settlements, and pricing-related processes.
Provide production and application support, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
Integrate Vistex with SAP SD/OTC, MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
Support EDI and third-party integrations related to Vistex business processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and Vistex configurations.
Prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements.
Participate in requirements gathering, design, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
Work with business users to identify process improvements and optimize existing Vistex functionality.
Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and external vendors as required.
Support incident, problem, and change management activities.
Required Skills
10+ years of SAP experience with strong Vistex expertise.
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Vistex.
Strong experience with Vistex V4 / Vistex IP Composite.
Strong SAP SD / OTC functional background.
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA.

Strong production/application support and troubleshooting experience.
Experience with EDI and SAP integrations.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA Vistex implementations or migrations.
Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or similar industries.
Experience with Vistex enhancements and customizations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC business processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
