Job Description: Ability to lead design, configuration and support Vistex Chargebacks and Rebates. 

Must Have Skills
IP (Incentives & Paybacks)
Configured rebate programs end-to-end — accrual, settlement, dispute handling

Chargeback Processing
Designed and operated pharma chargeback flows — claim receipt, validation, reconciliation, EDI 844/849

Contract Management
Built contract hierarchies, eligibility rules, membership/roster management

Price Protection
Configured price protection and retroactive pricing scenarios

Vistex Go! Suite integration with SAP
Deep understanding of how Vistex sits on/beside SAP SD and MM

Settlement Management
Experience with condition contracts, settlement documents, and the Vistex →S AP Settlement Management migration path

1.                  Pharmaceutical pricing mechanics — WAC, AWP, contract pricing, GPO/340B, DSA/FFS fee structures
2.                  Chargeback lifecycle — EDI 844 (claim), 849 (response), reconciliation with manufacturer
3.                  Rebate types — sales-related, scan back, customer funds, purchase-related, administrative fees
4.                  Gross-to-net — understanding of how chargebacks, rebates, and price adjustments flow to net revenue
