Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on Salesforce development experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environment.
Required Technical Skills
10+ years of software development experience with significant Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex
Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning
Experience with Aura Components
Advanced knowledge of SOQL/SOSL
Strong experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs
Experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Hands-on experience with Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and automation
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD, including Git, Salesforce CLI, Jenkins, Copado, or similar tools
Experience with Salesforce deployment, release management, debugging, and production support
Strong understanding of enterprise Salesforce architecture and development best practices
Experience participating in code reviews and technical design discussions
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification
Experience with MuleSoft or other integration/middleware platforms
Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Named Credentials
Experience with Experience Cloud
Knowledge of OmniStudio
Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations and data migrations
Agile/Scrum experience
Responsibilities
Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC
Develop scalable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in technical design and architecture discussions
Develop reusable and high-performance Salesforce components
Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce coding standards
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis
Implement CI/CD and automated deployment processes
Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and governor limits
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, QA, and other development teams
Mentor junior and mid-level Salesforce developers
