About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce professional to design, build, and optimize robust enterprise solutions. In this role, you will bridge business requirements with technical execution, leveraging your deep expertise in custom development, integrations, and community portals to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Architect and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or event-driven architectures.
• Configure and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) to deliver secure, engaging portals for partners, customers, or employees.
• Drive advanced configurations and customizations, including custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and permission sets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and scalable architecture.
• Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce Salesforce best practices, security protocols, and governance standards.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
• Expert-level proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex third-party integrations with Salesforce.
• Strong experience building and configuring Community Cloud / Experience Cloud portals.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce customizations, security models, and declarative automation tools (Flows).
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Experience Cloud Consultant) are strongly preferred.
