Mid-Level Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Support Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Lightning components, Apex, integrations, and configuration. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to scalable solution architecture.
• Develop reusable components and maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and ensure application quality.
• Support production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and Declarative Development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Roles.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
