We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft integrations, and Salesforce DevOps.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions for large-scale business applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, MuleSoft integrations, API development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and DevOps practices. Experience supporting government or other large enterprise environments is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:

•  Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
•  Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs to support enterprise integrations.
•  Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party applications using MuleSoft.
•  Develop scalable Lightning components and reusable application frameworks.
•  Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and OmniStudio.
•  Design and implement secure Salesforce solutions following Salesforce security best practices.
•  Develop Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processes, and SOQL/SOSL queries.
•  Support Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD implementations using tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or similar platforms.
•  Participate in application deployments using Salesforce DX and modern DevOps methodologies.
•  Prepare technical documentation, API documentation, and system design artifacts.
•  Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
•  Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
•  Minimum 3 years of recent experience developing applications on the Salesforce Platform.

Hands-on experience with:

•  Apex
•  Visualforce
•  Lightning Web Components (LWC)
•  Aura Components
•  Salesforce APIs
•  Minimum 2 years of experience developing REST and SOAP APIs.
•  Minimum 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using MuleSoft.
•  Minimum 1 year of experience implementing Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD using Copado or similar tools.
•  Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations with 5,000+ users or highly integrated enterprise environments.


Strong understanding of:

•  Salesforce Data Model
•  Objects, Fields, Relationships, and Security Model
•  Apex Programming
•  SOQL/SOSL
•  Lightning Framework
•  UI Development and Customization
•  Flows, Validation Rules, and OmniStudio.
•  Data Migration and Integration concepts
•  Salesforce Development Skill Assessment score of 75% or higher (Testlify or Adaface).

Possession of at least two of the following Salesforce certifications:

•  Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
•  Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
•  Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
•  Salesforce Certified Administrator

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Candidates with one or more of the following qualifications are highly preferred:
•  Experience supporting Federal, State, or Local Government projects.
•  Experience with Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) business processes.
•  Experience preparing technical and functional documentation for large-scale enterprise projects.
•  Experience working in highly complex application environments involving multiple integrations and stakeholders.
•  Experience with Tosca Test Automation Suite.


Experience using AI-powered testing tools for:

•  Test Case Generation
•  Test Optimization
•  Predictive Defect Analysis
•  Regression Testing
•  Five (5) or more years of Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
•  Experience implementing Salesforce DevOps pipelines using Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.
•  Experience with Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, and modular development strategies.
•  Experience developing Salesforce AppExchange applications or managed packages.
•  Experience implementing Salesforce security models, including OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Permission Sets.
•  Experience designing reusable enterprise APIs and connectors.
•  Experience implementing MuleSoft CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
•  Experience integrating Salesforce with legacy platforms such as DB2, Adabas, or Mainframe systems.
•  Experience with MuleSoft Runtime Fabric, Anypoint Monitoring, and API Governance.
•  Experience deploying MuleSoft applications in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
•  Experience performing Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST).
