Summary

Role: Information Systems Programmer/Analyst II (DocuSign)
Location: Martinez, CA (3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 9 Months (Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week)

Overview: Seeking an Information Systems Programmer/Analyst II to support enterprise DocuSign initiatives. The consultant will independently manage DocuSign projects from requirements gathering through implementation, helping modernize and optimize digital business processes while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather business requirements and independently manage DocuSign projects through implementation.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize DocuSign workflows.
• Migrate DocuSign solutions from Sandbox to Production, including testing and validation.
• Support DocuSign integrations with enterprise applications.
• Create business process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide end-user support and drive user adoption.
• Manage multiple projects while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
• Experience implementing and administering DocuSign solutions.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing and configuring business workflows.
• Hands-on experience with DocuSign Sandbox-to-Production migrations.
• Experience supporting DocuSign integrations with enterprise applications.
• Ability to create technical documentation and end-user training materials.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare or public sector environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and digital workflow automation
