Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and effectively collaborate with business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business requirements gathering, business process documentation, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.
The candidate should be able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive business requirements throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven business recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
