2. Business Analyst Experience MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing business/user requirements.
- Experience with business process analysis, process mapping, requirements documentation, and process improvement.
3. Salesforce Experience MUST HAVE
- Experience working as a Business Analyst with applications built on Salesforce.
- Candidate should be able to demonstrate hands-on BA experience supporting Salesforce-based applications/projects.
- Salesforce experience should be clearly visible on the resume.
4. QA / Testing Experience MUST HAVE
- Experience with QA/testing activities.
- Ability to create/review test scenarios, test scripts, validate requirements, support defect resolution, and work with QA teams.
- Must be comfortable assisting the QA/Testing team when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Analysis
- Review, analyze, evaluate, and prioritize business and user requirements.
- Gather and document business needs and translate them into development requirements.
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs, system functions, and required application modifications.
- Develop solution options and identify risks, costs, benefits, ROI, and buy-vs-build considerations.
CRM / Salesforce
- Support the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Behavioral Health CRM.
- Work with business owners, IT teams, CRM staff, contractors, and project teams.
- Help operationalize business processes within the CRM.
- Attend BH CRM meetings and support assigned CRM initiatives.
Process Improvement
- Map and analyze existing business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement.
- Support Business Process Reengineering initiatives.
- Develop program guidance, job aids, training materials, webinar content, and technical assistance materials.
QA / Testing
- Support QA/testing activities based on project workload.
- Review requirements and test scenarios.
- Assist with validation of system changes and business processes.
- Work with development and QA teams to identify and resolve issues.
User Support / Communication
- Triage user requests and tickets.
- Assign priority and severity.
- Maintain and prioritize CRM inbox communications.
- Communicate system changes, upgrades, timelines, and process updates to users and stakeholders.
Reporting / Data
- Monitor program and account data.
- Gather reporting and data warehouse requirements.
- Prepare Functional and Technical Specifications.
- Assist with reporting, Business Intelligence, and data warehouse enhancements.
- Support deployment and management of end-user reporting tools.
- Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team.
Documentation / RFP
- Assist with drafting RFPs.
- Maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Provide knowledge transfer to project and enterprise teams.
