• 12+ years of strong Java Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Strong React.js or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 experience.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka/RabbitMQ, enterprise API integrations.
• Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git experience.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and prompt engineering.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, or AWS Bedrock Agents is preferred.
• Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI agents, tool calling, agent orchestration, memory and human-in-the-loop workflows is a plus.
• Ability to rapidly prototype, build, integrate and deploy AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication and ability to work directly with business/client stakeholders.
• Enterprise experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom or other regulated industries is preferred.
