Salary: 100,000 to 118,000 with a 15% bonus

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS to support a large-scale modernization initiative within a leading Financial Services organization. This role will focus on designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, building cloud-native solutions, and supporting modern application architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Build and enhance REST APIs and microservices-based solutions
- Develop and deploy applications within AWS cloud environments
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and Agile development activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to development best practices
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Strong React development experience
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience working in AWS cloud environments
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Experience with source control and CI/CD practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, Aurora PostgreSQL, or Redshift
- Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, or data warehousing concepts
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience supporting reporting or analytics platforms
- Experience within Financial Services or Insurance environments
