Role Overview:
Seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst with strong functional experience to own Workday HCM configuration, business processes, reporting, enhancements, testing, and production support. Strong communication and personality are important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and enhance Workday HCM functionality and business processes.
• Support employee lifecycle processes: transfers, promotions, terminations, payroll and benefits updates.
• Gather requirements and create functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and test cases.
• Lead Workday projects, enhancements, testing, implementations, and major releases.
• Troubleshoot Workday process, security, and end-user issues.
• Develop standard/ad-hoc reporting and build HCM analytics capabilities.
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance.
• Identify impacts and enhancement opportunities from Workday releases.

Must Have:

• 6+ years of Workday Business Processes, Reporting and/or Configuration experience.
• Advanced Workday HCM/Core HCM knowledge.
• Experience in at least one: Benefits, Leave Management, Compensation, or Talent.
• Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to independently own and manage Workday solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
