Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to support system enhancements.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to implement, test, and deploy enterprise system solutions.
- Perform data analysis, process improvement, and post-implementation support to ensure business and system objectives are achieved.
- Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in business analysis, enterprise systems, requirements management, and Agile project delivery.

|
Technical Skills
|
Business Analysis, OneStream, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Agile Methodology, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Data Analysis
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Requirements Gathering, Business Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, System Integration
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise financial planning or performance management systems.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
