- Software Developers - Systems Software (Associate / Senior / SME)
- Computer Systems Analysts (Associate / Senior / SME)
- Computer Systems Engineers / Architects (Associate / Senior / SME)
- Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) / DevOps Engineers - AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or SysOps Administrator desired; Security+ desired
- Database Administrators (Associate / Senior / SME) - AWS Certified Database - Specialty desired; Sybase ASE and/or AWS RDS/Aurora experience required
- Database Architects (Junior / Senior)
- Software QA Engineers and Testers (Associate / Senior / SME) - ISTQB certification desired; Section 508 testing experience required
- IAM / Identity Engineers (Okta / FAS ID) - Okta Certified Administrator or Professional required; federal PKI/PIV/CAC experience required
- Information Assurance / Cybersecurity Engineers - Security+ (DoD 8570 IAT II) required; CISSP or CAP desired; NIST RMF/FedRAMP/cATO experience required
- UX / Human-Centered Design (HCD) Designers
- Scrum Masters (Team-Level) - CSM or PSM required; SAFe desired
- Technical Writers / Documentation Specialists - Section 508 familiarity
- Tier 2/3 Application Support Specialists - ITIL Foundation desired; ServiceNow or other ITSM tool experience required
