Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements to support enterprise technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve business processes, system functionality, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Create business process models, user stories, use cases, data flow diagrams, and test documentation to support solution delivery.
- Support system implementation, testing, issue resolution, and post-deployment activities while ensuring business objectives are met.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, enterprise systems, and process improvement.

Technical Skills
|
Business Analysis, Salesforce CRM, Requirements Gathering, Data Analysis, Business Process Modeling, System Integration, JIRA, SQL

|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Business Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Requirements Analysis, Data Management, Change Management, Cross-functional Collaboration

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

- Experience supporting enterprise applications and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
