  • Translate business objectives into detailed functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process flows.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, and gaps throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with Commercial Banking portfolio and credit management processes.
  • Drive consensus among cross-functional teams to support informed decision-making.
Product Delivery & Agile Execution
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to develop and refine product backlogs.
  • Create and maintain features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing activities, and user acceptance testing.
  • Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements and support successful implementation.
  • Monitor delivery progress and help resolve functional and process-related issues.
User Experience & Process Design
  • Work closely with UX and design teams to develop intuitive user experiences and workflow solutions.
  • Review wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide business context and subject matter expertise during design reviews and solution validation sessions.
  • Support process optimization initiatives to improve user productivity and operational efficiency.
Data Analysis & Platform Integration
  • Analyze business and system data to support solution design and decision-making.
  • Perform source-to-target data mapping and validate data requirements across integrated platforms.
  • Partner with technology and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and usability.
  • Support validation of reporting, analytics, and platform data capabilities.
AI-Enabled Solutions
  • Contribute business expertise to the design and implementation of AI-powered capabilities.
  • Collaborate with AI, analytics, and data science teams to define requirements and use cases.
  • Support testing, validation, and adoption of AI-driven workflows and recommendations.
  • Help ensure AI-enabled features align with business objectives and user needs.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a trusted partner across business, product, technology, data, and design organizations.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and requirements reviews with senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, requirements, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Build strong relationships across teams to drive alignment, transparency, and execution.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in business analysis supporting complex technology, digital transformation, or platform initiatives.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business documentation.
  • Experience performing data analysis, data validation, and source-to-target data mapping.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and UX teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or comparable Agile delivery tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Credit, Lending, Portfolio Management, or Commercial Banking platforms.
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking processes, data models, and operating practices.
  • Experience delivering data-driven, analytics-enabled, or AI-enabled products.
  • Experience partnering with data engineering, analytics, or data science organizations.
  • Understanding of AI concepts, including recommendations, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Knowledge of APIs, enterprise integrations, and distributed application architectures.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across large, matrixed organizations.
Key Attributes
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
  • Strong collaborator who can influence without direct authority.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
