About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated
Senior Business Analyst to drive the delivery of Intelligent Automation (IA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI solutions that transform business processes and improve operational efficiency. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business challenges into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions.
You will partner closely with business leaders, product owners, engineers, and technology teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and support the implementation of innovative solutions leveraging modern automation and AI platforms.
What You'll DoLead Business Analysis and Automation Strategy- Partner with business teams to identify, analyze, and prioritize automation and AI opportunities.
- Align Intelligent Automation initiatives with business objectives, technology strategies, and operational goals.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand current-state processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
Drive AI and Intelligent Automation Solutions- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation solutions.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of automation analysis, design methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Analyze business problems and develop innovative solutions leveraging:
- Generative AI
- Agentic AI
- Multi-agent systems
- Workflow orchestration platforms
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and emerging AI technologies.
Manage Product Delivery- Own backlog creation, prioritization, and grooming activities.
- Work closely with development teams throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
- Support solution testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct solution demonstrations and obtain stakeholder signoff and product acceptance.
Influence Stakeholders and Drive Results- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive accountability across assigned initiatives while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business initiatives.
Ensure Governance and Compliance- Ensure adherence to enterprise technology standards, security requirements, and software development lifecycle processes.
- Evaluate business and technical impacts of proposed solutions.
- Support risk assessment and compliance efforts, particularly within regulated environments.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Process Improvement, or related experience.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and enterprise software development practices.
- Strong ability to gather, document, and manage complex business and technical requirements.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions across business and technology organizations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or workflow orchestration platforms.

- Multi-Agent Systems
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to implement AI-powered solutions using technologies such as:
- LangChain

- Familiarity with AI/ML deployment in regulated environments.
- Experience with modern AI platforms including:
- OpenAI
- Azure OpenAI
- BloombergGPT
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
