Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst / Administrator to support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of a mission-critical enterprise application. This role requires a blend of Salesforce administration, IT project coordination, Tableau reporting, and system support to ensure the platform operates efficiently and continues to meet business needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience administering and configuring Salesforce.
Strong IT project management or systems analysis experience.
Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Hands-on experience with Tableau reporting and data visualization.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and UAT.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in government, healthcare, education, or other regulated industries.
Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
