Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Sr. Salesforce Administrator to help support our Go-to-Market systems team. This role is focused on providing foundational, day-to-day support for our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will serve as the first line of defense for end user support, focused on resolving access issues, troubleshooting standard platform errors, and performing minor configurations to keep our Salesforce environment running smoothly.
Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

  • Strong communication skills, able to interface with end users to gather information and clearly articulate ticket status and resolution.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to deep dive into issues and understand root problems.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) credential is highly preferred.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce standard objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities) and foundational security models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tier 1 Support & Triage: Act as the primary point of contact for basic end-user support tickets. Answer basic questions related to Salesforce, and route to the correct person/team to resolve issues as required.

  • User & Access Management: Handle routine user provisioning, de-provisioning and access changes. Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure users have the appropriate level of access to perform their jobs.

  • System Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve basic issues related to access, visibility, and error messages. Capture error details and work to reproduce issues before sending errors to the product team.

  • Minor Configuration: Perform routine administrative tasks such as updating fields, page layouts, list views, reports, and other out-of-the-box functionality.

  • Data Maintenance: Assist with basic data hygiene tasks, including performing data updates, executing simple data imports/exports, and maintaining data quality standards.

  • Process Monitoring: Monitor existing basic automations (like simple Flows or Validation Rules) and report any recurring issues or failures to the product and engineering team.

  • Documentation: Maintain clear and updated documentation on basic system processes, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures for the support queue.
