Project Manager / Business Analyst (Salesforce) – Full‐Time, India

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support and drive internal initiatives across our organization. This role blends structured project leadership with hands‐on business analysis, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce administration and process optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‐oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while partnering closely with cross‐functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and actionable project plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Perform Salesforce administrative tasks including configuration, user management, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data maintenance.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
• Support change management activities including training, communication, and documentation.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Ensure internal systems and processes are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent hands‐on experience).
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a hybrid role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Experience gathering requirements, creating documentation, and facilitating stakeholder discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‐paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Business Analyst certification or demonstrable BA experience within Salesforce projects.
• Experience supporting internal corporate systems or cross‐departmental initiatives.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
• Exposure to integration projects or multi‐system environments.
