Build the platforms that power specialty insurance at global scale. As our Senior Software Developer, you’ll combine hands‑on engineering with team leadership to ship secure, high‑performing solutions across .NET (C#), Angular/React, and Azure. You’ll architect microservices, craft elegant UIs, and automate CI/CD — all while mentoring a high‑impact squad and partnering with product, design, and underwriting to turn complex needs into simple, scalable software that delights users and moves the business. Some of the Senior Software Developer responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, C#, MVC, and Entity Framework.
Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular and React.
Cloud Integration
Implement and optimize solutions on Azure, leveraging services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, and Azure DevOps.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
Performance & Security
Ensure applications meet performance benchmarks and comply with security standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
The expertise you bring
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
6+ years of software development experience
Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, MVC, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with Angular and React for front-end development.
Proven experience deploying and managing applications in Azure.
Skills:
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in SQL Server and ORM frameworks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
