Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, Jira-driven engineering development, and international shipping and logistics and a proven ability to organize complex workstreams, track prototype builds and deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional execution with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with program managers, technical leads, and engineers to organize workstreams and project plans.
- Document engineering plans and assist with development documentation and updates.
- Track progress of prototype builds, deliverables, SOWs, and tasks with internal teams and external partners.
- Use Jira to plan, track, and report on engineering development activities.
- Coordinate international shipping, receiving, and logistics for development assets, with emphasis on Asia operations.
- Collect data, track task progress, and prepare stakeholder presentations and dashboards.
- Collaborate with finance and purchasing to onboard suppliers, obtain proposals and quotations, place orders, and track deliveries.
- Maintain and update internal websites and repositories with current project information.
- Facilitate meetings and capture clear notes, action items, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- International shipping, receiving, and logistics experience, preferably involving Asia.
- Hands-on Jira experience supporting engineering development workflows.
- Project management expertise including scheduling, risk awareness, and progress tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field.
- Minimum 3 years in program or project management roles.
- Ability to construct work breakdown structures and develop schedules and resource plans.
- Strong attention to detail with effective data collection and action tracking skills.
- Proficiency building schedule models from the ground up without a baseline.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to gather inputs from diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- NPI experience supporting new customer hardware programs.
- Understanding of consumer electronics design and development processes.
- Ability to operate independently with limited guidance in dynamic environments.
Top Soft Skills:
- Scheduling discipline with capacity to manage program uncertainty.
- Detail orientation for monitoring deliverables, collecting information, and tracking actions.
- Multitasking and daily coordination with multiple suppliers.
