We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support enterprise technology initiatives, with a focus on AI and IT security programs. In this role, you’ll plan and deliver projects across the SDLC, coordinate with development, security, and business teams, and keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and status reporting from initiation through delivery.
- Lead projects involving IT security and AI initiatives, ensuring security requirements are built into delivery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and remove blockers to keep work on track.
- Support organizational change and user adoption for new tools and processes.
- Work within Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery models as needed.
Must-Haves:
- 4+ years of IT project management experience within the SDLC.
- Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience managing IT security projects.
- Strong preference for candidates with AI project experience.
- Must reside in Texas.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience preferred.
- Change management experience a plus.
- PROSCI, PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
