Technical Product Manager – B2B Enterprise Portal
Location: Bellevue/Redmond, WA (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite per week)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy, discovery, roadmap development, and delivery for T-Mobile's Business-to-Business (B2B) Enterprise Portal. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise digital platforms, modernizing customer portals, and delivering scalable, API-driven solutions.
This person will help consolidate multiple B2B portals into a unified digital experience, improving customer self-service across account management, billing, ordering, user access, and network services. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, architects, and engineering teams to translate customer needs and market insights into technical product requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and end-to-end product delivery for the B2B Enterprise Portal.
· Conduct product discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments.
· Define and prioritize product features, business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Drive enterprise customer journeys across account management, billing, ordering, entitlements, and network services.
· Define API and integration requirements across CRM/CPQ, billing, provisioning, and network platforms.
· Lead enterprise portal consolidation, legacy platform migration, and user experience modernization.
· Identify opportunities for AI-enabled self-service and improved digital customer experiences.
· Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, business, and operations teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
· Define product KPIs and track adoption, customer satisfaction, digital engagement, and business outcomes.
· Manage senior stakeholders, dependencies, risks, scope, and delivery priorities in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or Product Ownership.
· Strong experience managing B2B digital products, enterprise portals, or complex customer-facing platforms.
· Proven experience in product discovery, market research, customer feedback analysis, and roadmap prioritization.
· Strong technical understanding of REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, modern web technologies, and event-driven architectures.
· Experience with role-based access control (RBAC), entitlements, delegated administration, and complex enterprise account hierarchies.
· Experience working with cross-functional engineering, UX, architecture, and business teams.
· Strong Agile/Scrum or SAFe experience, including backlog management and stakeholder communication.
· Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and senior client stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· B2B telecommunications experience, including enterprise mobility, IoT, 5G, device/SIM lifecycle, or SLA management.
· Experience with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and order-to-activation workflows.
· Experience consolidating multiple enterprise portals or leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
· Experience with competitive benchmarking, digital analytics, and design systems.
· Exposure to AI-powered customer experiences and digital self-service solutions.
