Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, customizing, deploying, and maintaining business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
Candidates should possess strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to gather business requirements, lead discovery workshops, develop scalable solutions, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and migrating solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
Strong custom development experience using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
2+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform environments.
3+ years of experience with data integrations and migrations using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.
Experience with Power Platform customization, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Experience gathering requirements, conducting discovery workshops, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Knowledge of application lifecycle management, governance, security, and development best practices.
Experience working in Agile SDLC environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Experience with Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Power Platform development or professional certifications.
Experience creating prototypes, technical documentation, and solution designs.
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
