Hybrid Schedule:
First 2 months: 4 days onsite per week.
After the first 2 months: 1 day onsite per week.

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical leadership, customization, configuration, development, integration, implementation, and support of enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead.
5+ years of experience developing and managing Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
5+ years of experience customizing and implementing Dynamics 365 Forms, Views, Plug-ins, Workflows, and Business Process Flows.
5+ years of custom development experience using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
3+ years of experience using standard and premium connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
Lead technical solution design, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, implementation, testing, and production support.
Develop web components and integrations using .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Configure Dynamics 365 Forms, Views, Plug-ins, Workflows, and Business Process Flows.
Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technical issues.
Support Power Platform governance, licensing, best practices, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, system administrators, developers, and IT teams.
Evaluate business requirements and recommend suitable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Support application enhancements, process improvements, and ongoing maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience with Power Platform DevOps, Power Pipelines, or ALM Accelerator.
5+ years of experience with data integrations and migrations using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS packages.
Experience with Dynamics 365 environment management, deployment automation, and platform governance.
Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
