Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and develop scalable applications, RESTful APIs, and backend services using modern .NET technologies and established architectural patterns.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and ensure effective integration with backend services.
- Design and optimize database solutions, including schemas, stored procedures, ORM-based data access, reporting, and data integration processes.
- Lead technical design and implementation activities, establish testing practices, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional development teams.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
12+ years of experience in software development, including extensive .NET application development, database design, full-stack development, and recent architecture experience.

Technical Skills
|
ASP.NET/Core, C#, REST APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework/Core, Angular/Blazor, JavaScript/TypeScript, Unit Testing
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Application Architecture, Software Development, Database Design, API Integration, Technical Leadership, Performance Optimization
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise integration tools, background processing, and modern application development practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, performance monitoring, and enterprise application support.
