Job Description
We are currently seeking a contract Senior .NET Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team for our client, the Texas Education Agency (TEA).
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft technology stack and MS Power Platform specifically Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
-Implement and customize applications using Microsoft .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Angular or Blazor for UI
-Design, develop, and maintain solutions leveraging C#, Visual Studio 2022 , and SQL Server Management Studio.
-Design and implement Power Automate Workflows.
-Collaborate with business analysts and co-developers to design application architecture and features.
Required Qualifications
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET Core.
- Design and implement data models and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
- Lead technical design and architecture work flows using Power Automate, Dataverse, Canvas Apps
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in the Microsoft technology including C# Visual Studio, Sql Server (SSMS).
- Develop and maintain Web APIs using .net Core and should have understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Develop front end UI with Angular 18 and Blazor and propose ground up architecture for new projects.
- Design and maintain DB Schemas and proficient in SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations.
- Experience with TypeScript, CSS, Javascript and jQuery
- Experience in writing integration tests for APIs and front-end applications as well as unit tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
12 years of:
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Framework. Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs.
10 years of:
- Experience with SQL Server and database design, entity framework, schema design, stored procedures, SSRS
- Experience with evolving UI technologies starting from HTML, Typescript, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Blazor, react
7 years of:
- Experience with Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations.5RequiredStrong knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools. Proficiency in writing unit tests using nUnit framework.
5 years of:
- Strong Architecture design skills for implementing project from scratch. Must reflect this in the last 3 years of exp
3 years of:
- SSIS Packages, cron jobs, schedulers, background jobs maintenance
- Familiarity with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS, Blazor
2 years of:
- Experience with MS Power Platform: Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- Familiarity with Dynatrace, Windows Server troubleshooting, event logs for performance monitoring
