Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure projects in a project or program management capacity.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technology projects with competing priorities, schedules, vendors, and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience coordinating projects involving internal IT teams, Facilities, contractors, installers, vendors, and systems integrators.
• Experience managing infrastructure-related initiatives such as network installations or upgrades, audiovisual systems, camera/security systems, structured cabling, or comparable facilities technology.
• Strong project planning and execution skills, including schedules, milestones, status reporting, risk and issue management, action tracking, and project closeout.
• Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills, including scheduling, site access, installation oversight, issue resolution, quality checks, and acceptance activities.
• Ability to communicate project status, risks, priorities, dependencies, and decisions clearly to senior IS leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a portfolio of projects rather than a single workstream.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and participate in active project, construction, and installation areas as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience serving as an IT / IS liaison to Facilities, construction, architecture, engineering, or capital improvement teams.
• Experience reviewing technology requirements associated with construction drawings, renovation plans, facility designs, or site-readiness plans.
• Experience coordinating low-voltage, network, audiovisual, physical security, surveillance, or related infrastructure installations.
• Experience managing third-party installers, systems integrators, and field-based technology vendors.
• Experience with testing, acceptance, punch-list management, quality reviews, and project closeout for infrastructure deployments.
• PMP, CAPM, or other recognized project management certification is preferred but not required.
