Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to join our growing wealth management team. The ideal candidate will have experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families, providing comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance, and developing strong long-term client relationships.

The Senior Wealth Advisor will also be responsible for meeting with and converting prospective clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing personalized recommendations. Candidates with an existing book of business or client relationships are highly valued, but a book of business is not required.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar role
Experience working with high-net-worth clients
Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment management
Experience developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
Experience conducting client and prospect meetings and closing new business
Strong understanding of retirement, investment, and tax planning strategies
CFP certification or currently pursuing CFP preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional wealth management team
Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid environment in Irvine, CA
Existing book of business/AUM is a plus, but not required
