Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, configure, and administer the Gainsight NXT platform, including workflows, playbooks, CTAs, dashboards, and data models.
- Lead Agile delivery, mentor cross-functional teams, and coordinate sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions integrated with enterprise platforms.
- Drive Customer Success process optimization, AI-enabled automation, stakeholder collaboration, and platform adoption.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, solution design, or business architecture, including enterprise platform integrations and Agile delivery.

Technical Skills
|
Gainsight NXT, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, SnapLogic, Agile Scrum, Business Analysis, AI Automation
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Customer Success Management, Business Process Design, Stakeholder Management, Team Leadership, Solution Design, Data Management
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring Gainsight NXT.
- Experience leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master or Team Lead.
- Experience implementing AI-driven automation and analytics for Customer Success platforms.
