Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Operationalize the established Data Governance Charter across program delivery teams and POD Lead client engagement workstreams focused on identifying and shaping AI adoption opportunities across healthcare affiliates. Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and working meetings with business, clinical, and operational stakeholders to understand business needs and potential use cases.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, problem statements, success measures, and current-state and future-state process flows. Evaluate AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness, helping stakeholders understand the capabilities and limitations of AI solutions.
Collaborate with IT, data, security, clinical, and vendor teams to translate requirements into solution plans and support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities. Assist with evaluating and adopting AI platforms and tools while ensuring alignment with business and operational objectives.
Manage assigned workstream timelines, scope, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues. Communicate progress and escalations to engagement leadership, support change management and training activities, and track adoption outcomes and business value realized.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in IT or technology-related roles as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Consultant.
5+ years of healthcare experience with strong healthcare functional and operational knowledge.
Advanced-level Business Analyst experience, with 10–15 years preferred.
Technical Skills:
Business Requirements Analysis, Functional Requirements, User Stories, Process Mapping, AI Use Case Assessment, Generative AI, OpenAI ChatGPT, Claude, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Healthcare Systems Analysis
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting healthcare systems and operations, including clinical, administrative, and operational workflows within hospitals, health systems, and multi-entity healthcare organizations.
Experience analyzing healthcare business processes, stakeholder needs, clinical and operational requirements, and translating them into business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and system requirements.
Experience evaluating and supporting AI adoption opportunities in healthcare, including use cases involving documentation support, summarization, workflow automation, analytics, and operational efficiency.
Experience collaborating with healthcare business leaders, clinicians, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to assess solution readiness, support implementation, address adoption challenges, and align technology initiatives with healthcare business objectives.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
Certification Required

Preferred Qualifications
Three to five years of hands-on experience evaluating, piloting, implementing, or supporting AI-related initiatives or automation solutions. Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI ChatGPT and Claude is preferred.
Healthcare clinical background or experience supporting clinical workflows, Epic functional knowledge in any module, and experience working with health system affiliates, multi-entity organizations, or shared-services models are beneficial.
Experience with change management, stakeholder facilitation, healthcare data privacy and HIPAA considerations, and project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential.
