About the Job- We are looking for an experienced AI Business Analyst to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Solution Consultant, Business Analyst along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from affiliate business, clinical and communication to drive adoption, and track and report on adoption and value realized.
- Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT or technology-related roles as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Consultant (10-15 years is ideal; candidates with equivalent depth of experience will be considered)
- 5+ years of healthcare experience, with strong healthcare functional and operational knowledge.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with AI-related initiatives, such as evaluating, piloting, implementing, or supporting AI or automation solutions (candidates with less direct experience but strong exposure and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly are welcome)
- Familiarity with AI platforms or tools such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Claude
- Healthcare clinical background or close clinical workflow experience
