AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, proactive AI Solutions Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AI development, Python scripting, and software engineering foundations. The role involves working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks, design AI-driven transformation strategies, and build solutions across healthcare, claims, provider management, and IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate must bridge traditional software development (SDLC) and modern AI capabilities (Agentic AI, RAG, MCP), taking full ownership of problem identification, solution design, execution, and deployment without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business/IT bottlenecks and deliver end-to-end AI transformation solutions across healthcare domains.
• Build, test, and deploy RAG, Agentic AI, and MCP-based applications using Python and vector databases.
• Apply SDLC, security, and deployment best practices to transition AI prototypes into production.
• Collaborate onsite with teams and leadership to challenge current processes and drive innovative approaches.

Must Have Skills

• Hands-on experience developing AI/LLM solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations and vector databases.
• Strong Python scripting skills for AI workflows and agent integrations.
• Solid software engineering background with hands-on knowledge of SDLC, deployment pipelines, and security best practices (e.g., transition from traditional developer/programmer to AI space).
• Self-starter mindset with high initiative, strong problem-solving capabilities, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Healthcare domain experience (Claims, Provider Management, Credentialing, Healthcare Services) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
