Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IC5 Principal Platform Architect to lead strategic ServiceNow platform architecture for assigned client accounts. The ideal candidate will drive platform strategy, architecture governance, and technical direction while partnering with senior stakeholders, mentoring technical architects, and guiding delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture and strategic direction for assigned accounts.
Drive architecture governance, design standards, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Provide architectural guidance to Impact Squads and delivery teams.
Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, and technical discussions with senior client stakeholders.
Translate business objectives into strategic platform roadmaps and scalable technical solutions.
Create and review architecture/design documents and provide recommendations on key design decisions.
Mentor IC4 architects and serve as the primary escalation point for complex architectural decisions.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow architecture guardrails and platform best practices.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem or equivalent, including 3+ years as a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Consultant.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow IRM/eGRC and SecOps.
Hands-on design and configuration experience with 2–3 IRM and SecOps implementations.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into strategic architecture roadmaps.
Experience creating solution design documents, conducting architecture reviews, and facilitating workshops.
Strong experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and advising on strategic architecture decisions.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and Data Foundations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture guardrails and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow CIS certification in Risk and Compliance or SecOps (SIR/VR).
Financial Services industry experience.
