Alldus is hiring on behalf of a ServiceNow partner seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM/OMT Architect for a fully remote, year-long contract based in Canada.

You will lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT) solutions, translating business requirements into scalable platform designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across ServiceNow CSM and OMT.
• Run discovery workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Design customer service and order management workflows, including integrations with external systems.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout implementation.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and support long-term platform growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with strong expertise in CSM and OMT.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of customer service processes and the order lifecycle.
• Experience designing integrations and guiding technical delivery.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.

Eligibility: Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

Engagement: Open to C2C or T4 arrangements.
