ServiceNow Solution Architect

Seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise implementations and platform enhancements for nonprofit organizations. The role involves solution design, integration architecture, client collaboration, and technical guidance to deliver scalable, mission-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design.

• Facilitate Human-Centered Design workshops and showcase platform capabilities.

• Define scalable platform, application, and integration architectures.

• Guide configuration, customization, governance, and technical debt management.

• Collaborate with clients and technical teams on design reviews and solution validation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, and two additional CIS certifications.

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Solution Architecture experience.

• Experience with multiple enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

• Strong ServiceNow scripting, APIs, integrations, web services, and platform architecture knowledge.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• ITIL v4, TOGAF, Agile, or Scrum certifications.

• Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations.

• Consulting experience and strong workshop facilitation skills.
