Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for technology donation implementations.
- Conduct Human Centered Design workshops and provide guidance on innovative possibilities.
- Define platform, integration, and application architecture while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Translate business and mission needs into scalable solutions.
- Provide guidance on configuration, customization, governance, and technical debt management.
- Evaluate integration approaches and recommend architecture patterns for scalability.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Support implementation teams through design reviews, technical guidance, and solution validation.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 3+ years of solution architecture experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Client Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Client Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Client CIS-ITSM certification.
- Two additional Client CIS certifications (ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SecOps/GRC, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, integrations, APIs, web services, and platform architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL v4, TOGAF, IT4IT, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow product suites.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and cloud technologies.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
- Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
