Join Atos's AI & Analytics practice as a ServiceNow Technical Architect and lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives for global enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and governing scalable and high-performing platform architectures aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to solve complex challenges and drive technological innovation.

responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable enterprise solutions and integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Engage with stakeholders to analyze functional and non-functional requirements, delivering clear architectural blueprints and estimations.
- Govern the implementation of architectural designs while establishing best practices, reference models, and design patterns.
- Architect third-party integrations with the ServiceNow platform using REST, SOAP, SFTP, and MID Server.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
8-10+ years of overall IT experience focused on application hosting and solution architecture.
5+ years of dedicated experience as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) in platform architecture and solution design.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML).
ship, , or Permanent Residency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
ServiceNow certifications including CSA, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CAD, or GRC.
ITIL Foundations certification.
Experience leading workshops, CSDM/CMDB implementations, and application rationalization programs.
