ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced D365 Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation within the Project Management Office (PMO). This role will provide hands-on project leadership across business and IT teams, implementation partners, vendors, and functional and technical workstreams to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities remain aligned and actively managed. Building on the coordination discipline required for the D365 and related applications program, this Project Manager will own the integrated delivery plan, drive accountability across open items and decisions, facilitate executive-ready communications, and ensure the project maintains traceability across requirements, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, change management, and readiness activities.

- Drive RAID, decision, dependency, change request, and escalation management; identify issues that may affect scope, timeline, budget, quality, business readiness, or operational adoption and lead mitigation planning with the appropriate owners.
- Coordinate closely with functional consultants, technical teams, business process owners, and implementation partners on finance process design, fit-gap resolution, configuration progress, customizations, extensions, integrations, reporting, security roles, and data entities.
- Manage planning and execution for system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect triage, business sign-off, go/no-go readiness, production cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Manage data migration and cutover readiness in partnership with business and technical teams, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, ownership tracking, mock cutovers, production cutover sequencing, rollback planning, and post-conversion issue resolution.
- Support change management, stakeholder communications, training coordination, adoption planning, and transition-to-support activities to ensure business teams are prepared for new processes, roles, controls, reporting, and system behaviors.
- Prepare concise, executive-ready status materials: dashboards, issue summaries, risk mitigation plans, decision briefs, and steering committee materials that clearly communicate progress, blockers, tradeoffs, and required decisions.
- Manage implementation partner and vendor delivery performance, including scope alignment, schedule adherence, dependencies, deliverable quality, budget inputs, resource planning, and timely escalation of contractual or delivery concerns.
