Key Responsibilities & Skills
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business, product, and technology leaders on strategic, organizational, and operating model decisions.
Develop compelling executive presentations, POVs, white papers, and transformation narratives that simplify complex concepts and influence senior leadership.
Facilitate alignment across business and technology stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and transformation outcomes.
Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Champion innovation in capability design, process transformation, and enterprise operating frameworks.
Lead strategic assessments, problem-solving workshops, and business transformation initiatives.
Translate business objectives into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights and structured recommendations.
Qualifications.
Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
Exceptional executive storytelling, presentation development, and communication skills.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and business planning capabilities.
Experience leading transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations.
MBA or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Information Systems, or a related field.
Prior experience with a leading Management or Business Consulting firm.
Prior American Express experience or experience within a global financial services, banking, cards, or payments organization.
Knowledge of payments, card issuing, merchant acquiring, or B2B partner ecosystems.
Experience developing GenAI, automation, and digital transformation business cases and strategies.
