In this pivotal role, you will elevate the proposal architecture and capture strategy into a distinct competitive advantage. What You’ll Do

  • Champion pre-sales demonstrations, client discovery initiatives, and strategic solution positioning during critical response windows.

  • Guide senior executive stakeholders from custom development mindsets toward scalable, productized enterprise solutions and operational best practices.

  • Synthesize cross-functional insights by partnering closely with internal Sales, Product, and Implementation leadership.

  • Drive high-level solution alignment and project scoping efforts prior to technical system implementation phases.

What You Bring

  • Enterprise Software Consulting Experience: 3 to 5 years executing complex solution architecture, technical pre-sales, or enterprise discovery.

  • Proposal Capture Management: Proven track record directing complete Request For Proposal Lifecycles and navigating multi-layered enterprise procurement environments.

  • Sales Nuance & Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes client engagements, balance competing organizational priorities, and apply strong program management principles.

  • Stakeholder Advisory Capabilities: Mastered expertise in influencing executive leadership and steering clients toward industry-standard methodologies.

  • Executive Presentation & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for C-Level Advisory and client-facing engagements.

  • Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or advanced business training preferred.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Base Salary: $165,000 – $170,000 per year.

  • Incentive Compensation: Performance-based Annual Bonus structure.

  • Employment Structure: Full-Time, Direct-Hire position with a hybrid/partially remote work framework based in the Secaucus, New Jersey region.

StaffRight was crafted out of an industry need to better manage the processes and complexities of today’s recruitment and staffing demands. With company beginnings formulated in the industry over 30 years ago, our founder realized that there was a definitive need to utilize recruitment and staffing more efficiently and effectively than what has been the typical industry standard model. The success of an employee is realized in a variety of different ways, but for us, we go well beyond one's credentials and interview. Finding the best employees who possess the needed skills, experience, and education are certainly key in a hire, but to truly find great employees who feel they are an integral part of the company, it takes tremendous insight in understanding what makes someone successful. Passion for one’s work, commitment to excellence, and having a ‘get it done’ attitude are essential for a great employee. Having these qualities also goes a long way in ensuring that an employee always has the client's best interests in mind. Great employees are passionate about their work and the company where they hang their jacket. Additionally, we believe that having refined and solid communication skills is also paramount in enabling all employees to work together towards the common goals and successes of the company. This collaboration is very much based on our employees' ability to listen to others and respond effectively, both internally with each other, and externally to our clients.
