Support Specialist - Troy, MI

Location: Troy, MI Duration: 1-3 years Duties: Respond to and resolve technical issues for court staff (including judges and judicial staff). Ability to LEARN the MiFILE application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems. Experience Level: 1-3 years Environment: Court Audio Video broadcast/recording technology such as JAVS, BIS; hybrid meeting technology, such as Zoom; Docu
