Job Description The Client is providing end user PC, software, and courtroom Audio Visual support and troubleshooting for Court staff and the public.Duties: Respond to and resolve technical issues for court staff (including judges and judicial staff).Ability to LEARN the MiFILE application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems.
